We are seeking a Vocational Services Director for programs serving teens and young adults with special needs. The position is responsible for the oversight and management of all elements of contracted vocational programs including the training and supervision of staff.

- BA, MA preferred, in vocational rehabilitation, special education, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Strong knowledge base and proven work experience in the areas of vocational assessment, job development, job placement and retention services and activities.
- Experience working with youth with mental health issues as well as autism spectrum disorder.
- Management, staff training and supervisory experience desired.
